This breakfast recipe comes with a soundtrack!
Recipe
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed (~1/2 c)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/4 c non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Sift the flour and add the other dry ingredients. Mash together the banana and oil separately, and mix into the batter with the milk and vanilla. Cook up the pancakes as usual!
